Yesterday was the first UNT game at the new Apogee Stadium. Grant and I went to a wedding in the morning and then to Denton. We hung out and tailgated for a few hours with some of Grant's alumni friends. Then it was time to go into the game and up to our club level seats. The club lounge is very nice! We had an all you can buffet and free sodas. There was also a bar selling overpriced alcoholic beverages. Here are some pictures from the club level:
The game started out with UNT scoring the first touchdown. UNT actually lead the game until half time. Third quarter hit and things went downhill after that. The final score was UNT 23 University of Houston 48. We left during the third quarter, it was too painful to watch. We drove home and listened to the rest of the game on the radio.
I'm hoping the next game is better!
